This is tough for the venue. They have to refund if concert is cancelled; Two acts went, but I'm sure they will have to if the headliner can't come out.

Last summer Keith Urban was supposed to appear at Blossom Music Center. All planes in NY were grounded and he couldn't make it but his openers did. They performed longer than usual and then Keith came in for a make-up date, by himself, and played for hours! I didn't hear of anyone asking for their money back. Everyone was thrilled to get two long concerts for the price of one. They may work out something similar.

Even if Scotty and Dry County are truly only getting 30 minutes (and we don't really know if that is truly the case), Scotty is smart enough to know that sometimes you got to take one step backward to move two steps forward. He will no doubt make many new fans on the RIOT tour.
